Winter Strength and Conditioning
Winter weight training starts next Monday, November 22, 2021 after school.
Next week will only be after school.
We will see at that time if there is enough interest at that time to start a morning session
(this is only an option for high school students).
The change starts NOW! Do put off getting registered if you are not in a winter sport.
DON'T EXPECT TO SEE A CHANGE IF YOU DON'T MAKE A CHANGE!
The weight room is the #1 to better yourself for any sport.
Lifting with your teammates is the #1 to better your TEAM!
